All six volumes have extras in some form or another. Bonus special chapters, 4-koma-like panels and one-page additions. Of course, not pertaining to the story. We don't be doing them any time soon (you can define that as never) as this is what d-one had to say: 'I will leave that to the translator but my I prefer to finish the main chapter first before doing any extra chapter for now'.

Yes. This chapter is officially the last of volume 6. The first was chapter 37.

Chapter 37 is the first chapter of volume 6. There are 8 chapter in volume 6. Sadly, we are still in volume 6. We haven't moved onto the magazine serialisation yet.

D-Frag is an ongoing serialisation, so that means the volumes will continue until the serial ends. There are about 48 chapters released in serialisation and 6 volumes (ends at chapter 44).
